hello, the problem is new; I usually use TXT memories (converted to TMX) in SDL but lately, SDL does not make the actualisation...so I cannot use my wordfast memories anymore...

Can you tell us how you are doing this step by step? And what actually happens? Screenshots are also useful.

thank you Paul, just see if I can insert the screen shot
yes. Then when I try to use Memory based in files, I can choose to upload a tmx file (obtained from txt file in wordfast), and nothing happens; the screen of actualisation opens but shuts immediately, without making the conversion
Are you able to share the TMX file? Either add it to your post inside a zip if it's ok to share publicly, or email to pfilkin@sdl.com if it's ok to share with me.
Can you also create an empty SDLTM in the same languages as the TMX and see if you can import the TMX into it?

When creating a new memory and try to import, it says "error when importing file. File could not be processed". For reason of confidentiality with my clients, I cannot upload the file I'm sorry.
then the message says "unexpected token. It was expected line 35029 position 54
is it possible to open the TMX file to correct?

Of course... TMX is only a text file. I guess you could try this in case the problem is the header. Export a TMX from Studio using the same language pair. Remove the header from the TMX file from Wordfast and replace it with the one exported from Studio.

thank you Paul, good idea; the thing is the error says "error in line 35029 position 54" and so I tried to find such line in the txt file but I could not, so I thought there might be another way of opening tne TMX file; I am going to try your idea then
.
Line 35029 doesn't sound like a header problem. Can you share that one line?
