But first of all please tell us what version of Studio you are referring to so we can tell you how to do this yourself. If you can't manage that then we'll arrange for some help, but self-serve is a better option as you won't have to ask at all once you know how to deal with a situation like this.

Hi, Paul, Thank you for your help, It is the new SDL Trados Studio Freelance 2021. Already tried the options in my Licenses tab.

You can reset your own license by using the Self Service option in your MySDL account for SDL Trados 2021.
Use this KB article ( gateway.sdl.com/.../communityknowledge ) and follow the instructions.
