cannot upgrade license

Question

I have the same problem as Stepan Konev, but cannot see any answer that would help me sort out the issue. Looks like SDL needs to fix issues with the licensing server

 That was an issue that affected several users 3 months ago and it no longer occurs. 
 Your 2019 license is still available in your SDL account so that did not disappear when trying to upgrade it ( as in the issue you described). 
 Did you attempt to upgrade the license in the SDL account and received an error message ( please attach a screen shot with the error message if that is the case but make sure your license number doesn't appear as this is a public post). 
 If you didn't attempt to actually upgrade the license please try upgrading following the steps in the article linked below.

 Hello, 
 All you need to do from here in order to generate the 2021 license is to click on the Process Upgrade button.
