Have installed SDL trados studio plus on my computer issues with languages. I have frech, German and Japanese, which are 
 not what I need and I cannot change it.

 Always helpful to tell us what version of the product you're using? If it's 2021 you don't need to change anything as the restrictions are gone! 
 If you need to reset Freelance languages for Studio 2017/2019. 
 
 Close Studio. 
 Hold down the windows key and press R. (or right click the start/windows button and select Run). 
 For Studio 2017 paste in this: reg delete HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\LDSRClient5 /f 
 Press ok. 
 Restart Studio. 
 For Studio 2019 paste in this: reg delete HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\LDSRClient15 /f
