License is not accepted after re-installing SDL Trados Studio 2021. No download from my SDL account.

I bought license for SDL 2021 in August 2020. It is available in my account on sdl.com.

The tool stopped working today with some error message. So, I de-installed it and re-installed again.

But now I cannot activate my license - what can I do?

Another thing: I tried multiple times to download the new version of SDL 2021 from my account - no way! Just nothing happens upon clicking "Download".

How can I use this CAT now?
