Hi there,
I've had to buy a new laptop after my old one packed in, and it no longer turns on which means I can't get in to SDL Trados 2019 to deactivate my licence.
I'm currently using the trial version on my new laptop, but will need my licence within 30 days.
I've tried to reset my licence from my SDL Account but this has failed.
Has anyone had the same issue?
