Could you please let me know the situation regarding my second license? With your help I managed to deactivate it, but now I am not able to activate it again. I feel anxious without a SDL backup because I work with large volumes and tight deadlines and if I have again PC problems I may have to let the client down in the middle of a job. Please help.

Can you check your email that was used to set up your Community account as the Support Engineer has got back to you to asking for some information.  The support engineer sent the email yesterday at 15.38 CET.

At the end of the session I deleted by mistake the evaluation page. I wanted to giver her a 10 because she was very nice and patient. Thank you.
