I am referring to my purchase order 624693.
I did the payment via bank transfer on Thursday, November 12th but on my profile I still see the status "Payment requested. Awaiting payment from you".
Is there any chance to know if my payment reached you and how long does it approximately take before I can get my licence and start working with the software?
