Could you please tell us what the error message is please? Is this that activation is in use? Incorrect activation code for Studio version or simply that the activation failed?

If you know the order number (your Tutor should have this) then please send this (not the activation code) to me direct swhale@sdl.com 

Alternatively your Tutor will need to log a support ticket for this issue via the university account.

Sorry for the untranslated message because I installed Chinese version. This is not an incorrect code/key for I have used it when I first installed trados (2019 version). But last month I found I couldn't open trados for some tech issue so I repaired it, as well as updating the software according to the 'help' function in trados itself. After that I can't find my license in my account anymore. So in and after a week's free trail, when I tried to activate the software by using the license key (provided by our tutor), the message constantly shows activation failed and there is currently no license available for this activation code.
