SDL trados license activation issue

I'm a student from the university of Leeds and my tutor has bought the SDL trados license for us for 1 year. But due to some issues in function, I updated my 2019 trados to the newest version. And after that I found there's no license in my account and I have to be in a free trial mode so that I could perform any translation in traods. I tried to activate my given license but it failed every time. Due to the upcoming project, it would be much appreciated If you could tell my how to activate my license. Thank you in advance! 

(PS: the attached picture is what it shows when the activation is failed. Should you need my license code to solve this issue, please let my know.)

    Sorry for the untranslated message because I installed Chinese version. This is not an incorrect code/key for I have used it when I first installed trados (2019 version). But last month I found I couldn't open trados for some tech issue so I repaired it, as well as updating the software according to the 'help' function in trados itself. After that I can't find my license in my account anymore. So in and after a week's free trail, when I tried to activate the software by using the license key (provided by our tutor), the message constantly shows activation failed and there is currently no license available for this activation code.
