I changed my computer recently and now have to re-install Trados 2019 on my new computer.
I have a SDL account and have access to my licenses (activated on 20-03-2019) and downloads, but once I install and launch the software, it does not accept my activation code. (please see the enclosed pictures)
Could you please tell me what is the procedure?
