On your problem, perhaps you need to reset your licence?  

You can reset your own license by using the Self Service option in your MySDL account for SDL Trados 2019.

Use this KB article ( gateway.sdl.com/.../communityknowledge ) and follow the instructions.

Thank you for your answer and for the licence post warning, I haven't noticed it was a public forum at first glance.

I did as you advised and it worked, but now I have another problem. Regional English langage options are the only ones I appear to be able to choose when it comes to target langage choices.

Would you be able to help me in this matter too? However, I'll make a new post.
