I have logged a case for you, but please note that 2011 is so old now it might not be possible to install it on a new computer at all.

Hi Bruna. Unfortunately I couldn't install the 2011 software. I will have a new laptop in a few weeks and I will try again.

Then I will let you know what happens...

I'm having exactly the same problem with Freelance 2014, which is NOT too old. I need a solution to this like, sort of, yesterday, so if there's anybody out there who can help?!

So a support engineer will be in touch to try and help.  I would note that it is old!  We only support 2019 and 2021... since 2014 we've had 2015 and 2017 so it's well out of support.  But the team will try to assist and as long as the problem isn't related to you now using an operating that is definitely not supported they'll hopefully be able to sort you out.
