I note you created a new thread which is exactly the right things to do:

So a support engineer will be in touch to try and help.  I would note that it is old!  We only support 2019 and 2021... since 2014 we've had 2015 and 2017 so it's well out of support.  But the team will try to assist and as long as the problem isn't related to you now using an operating that is definitely not supported they'll hopefully be able to sort you out.
