Download issues are often due to the browser - please make sure the browser is updated to the latest version.
Also, we are becoming aware of tighter restrictions imposed by the browsers themselves, that are simply blocking downloads (security), so you may have to temporarily change the security settings.
If this doesn't help, please use a different browser such as Chrome/FireFox or Safari.

I am already using Chrome, and as changing settings didn't help, have tried with Firefox, and it worked.
