Dear Support-Team,
I am using Trados Studio Freelance 2017 (all updates are already installed) and would like to install the corresponding DeepL plugin for this Trados version.
I have purchased the trial version of DeepL Pro. When clicking on the DeepL app nothing happens. There is not even an error message displayed on my screen.
I also turned off my virus protection on my desktop PC, but it did not help.
What could be the problem?
