Error unexpected exception when initializing view part Fragment Matches

Question

Hello, 
 
 I have the error "Unexpected exception when initializing view part Fragment Matches", I've tried all the suggested options to fix it and nothing is working (Repair, user account, SDL freshstart, etc.) 
 
 Any ideas on how I can fix it?

Hello, 
 
 I could finally solve the problem, I updated windows and tried again all the workarounds. They were not working at the beginning, the only one that worked was Reset SDL Trados Studio basic settings 
 
 Now I can open the files, hopefully, it works fine.

 Have you tried View -> Reset Window Layout ? Also, what version of Studio, 2019 or 2021?
