Please tell me on how to log a support case. The current way is not working.
If yo don't have a support contract then the way to request support is through here. You have also just had a response from a support engineer telling you that your licence is deactivated. So please respond to that if you still have a problem bu make sure you do not mention any private details... there is no need because we have all your details already.
