I have purchased a license #****** I have installed the product but when I start the program and put in the activation code and press ok button the program shuts down and I can't use it. I have read your instructions and deactivated the virus program and re-installed but it still doesn't work. Please, help!

Unfortunately the probelm remains. After activation i still get stuck. When I push the OK button the program close down, without error messages.

Then problem here, is not the license per se, but that you are trying to activate a Freelance version within a (corporate) based domain based network.
To activate a Freelance license, your PC must be a standalone computer that accesses the web directly, without a domain.
If you are working within a domain, you will need a Professional version.

When I bought the license it didn't say that you can't use it as a individual translator in a company. I am not working in a translation company. But our translator who is a consultant use this program and gave me the advice to get the license and use it in between interim reports and the annual reports. I have a corporate computer but I will be the only user of the license in the comapny and I have downloaded the software on my harddrive.
How do we solve this? I feel misled and I don't have the computer knowledge to solve this. I wasn't aware of domain networks when I bought the license and there was no information on your site that you should check this in advance.

As with most software offerings, there are different versions available, depending on your requirements and working environment.
With Studio, there are basically three versions available- Starter- Freelance and Professional
