Unable to find the product I purchased

Hello

I had an issue with my SDL Trados Studio 2019 Freelance and I uninstalled the program, but I can't find my product in my account page on SDL. 

When I click on Downloads the following message is displayed: 'The resource you are looking for has been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable.'

Where can I find the product I purchased?
