Hello, I am a university student and my department has provided us with a licence number that should allow us to download and work on Trados. I downloaded Trados 2019 a few months ago along with Multiterm and all worked flawlessly. Yesterday I lost all my files and applications on my PC and I had to reboot. Now I can't download Trados any more, I fill in the required form with my contact details and the mail address provided by my university. The download does not start, and I am being redirected to an error page. What to do? Thank you.
