I just purchased the update from studio 2017 to 2021, but at the purchase confirmation page when I press the download button, nothing happens. I can't download the files for the update.
Please let me know how to solve this problem.

Can you please retry from your SDL account - products and Plans - downloads and also please retry the download with a different browser
