Like the others, I have been trying to download the 2021 upgrade files without success for several days now. Nothing happens when I press the download buttons - no download, no error message. Nothing - this is extremely frustrating. What can I do?

This issue appears to be linked to the browser in most cases.
Please ensure the browser is up to date. It might help also if you use a different Browser- we recommend Chrome of Firefox.
