Deactivation

Hi,

I need help deactivating the license

It is no longer active on a PC, but in the license manager it is still active.
I have tried to follow the instructions on how to deactivate offline, but with no success because I have not access to the program on the PC. Should I active again and then deactive?

    Thank you for your contact. YES.  We did deactivate successfully (and uninstalled it in my laptop, which am not using at all at present) , and received confirmation to this effect. BUT = WHEN I go into "My Licenses", it still appears as if it were IN USE, and O availability (althought it says I have an extra activation - which is not the point, as we do not want use the extra activation, when we have the right to have a proper installation).  So, could you please find out why this status (I should have 1 activation available) hasnt been corrected.  

    The point is, that my 2 granddaughters who work with me, will each be using one of these licenses, and will need the activation codes to be able to work with the program = all correctly.  

    Could you please let us know what can be done about this.
