Thank you for your contact. YES. We did deactivate successfully (and uninstalled it in my laptop, which am not using at all at present) , and received confirmation to this effect. BUT = WHEN I go into "My Licenses", it still appears as if it were IN USE, and O availability (althought it says I have an extra activation - which is not the point, as we do not want use the extra activation, when we have the right to have a proper installation). So, could you please find out why this status (I should have 1 activation available) hasnt been corrected.
The point is, that my 2 granddaughters who work with me, will each be using one of these licenses, and will need the activation codes to be able to work with the program = all correctly.
Could you please let us know what can be done about this.

You have upgraded from Studio 2019 Freelance PLUS to Studio 2021 Freelance PLUS.
This means you are able to activate Studio 2021 on two machines (and 2019 as long as it is installed on the same machine as 2021).
You account shows the following-
Studio is activated on one machine, and you have another activation available.
Its possible, that when you deactivated/uninstalled from your laptop that this did not complete successfully (ie the license was returned).
When you use the 2nd activation, you will then have the option of resetting the first activation.
