I have bought the upgrade from Trados Studio 2017 to 2021 and I have received confirmation from SDL that the order has been processed and payment completed succesfully.
I have started the setup process but the following error window appears:
My operating system is Windows 10
On my PC both Studio 2017 and Studio 2015 are installed.
Could you please help me?
