Dear Support,
I'm not able to deactivate SDL Trados Studio Freelance Plus 2019. I receive the error 'Deactivation failed. Revocation is either complete or revocation proof is already uploaded. Could you please help me deactivate? Because I want to buy and install SDL Trados Studio Freelance plus 2021.

you don’t need to deactivate to purchase 2021. I suggest you proceed without doing that.

Thanks Paul! It worked. After I purchased Freelance Plus 2021, I had to download it via Firefox. No need to deactivate 2019.
