I'm not an SDL help person but thought I should let you know not to worry.

The 'trial' version is actually the full professional version with all its benefits, which are better than the freelance version.

So you can enjoy using it until someone from SDL support is available to help you find out how to activate your freelance license.

I'm sure someone will be in touch with you soon but until then, don't worry!

I will feel much calmer once my freelance license has been activated properly and I know that, once the 'trial' version comes to an end, I won't encounter any difficulties with opening up and working with Trados Studio 2021. :)
