Today I upgraded my licence from the 2017 freelance version to the 2021 freelance version. I deactivated my 2017 version and installed the 2021 version. Now, I'm not sure where I need to enter my activation code for the 2021 version, and for some reason, I've been offered the trial version. Can someone help me get Trados Studio 2021 up and running?

I'm not an SDL help person but thought I should let you know not to worry.
The 'trial' version is actually the full professional version with all its benefits, which are better than the freelance version.
So you can enjoy using it until someone from SDL support is available to help you find out how to activate your freelance license.
I'm sure someone will be in touch with you soon but until then, don't worry!
