I am contacting you because I have a recurrent issue I thought I had solved, but the issue comes back again and again.
It started first at the end of November, with the following message: "the requested file could not be found".
I got in touch with Nadege do Carvalho and Fleur Schut who recommended me to apply the following: https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0010091
Sometimes, it works, but in most cases, it does not. Last time was just before Christmas. As I was unable to solve the problem, I tried to reinstall Studio....but the issue remained the same, until I finally succeded in applying Nadege"s recommendation. But now, the issue came back yesterday, and I can not solve it.
Could you please come back to me and access my PC remotely to fix this?
