What do I have to do with SDL Trados 2021, I am in the same situation: I need to deactivate SDL that is installed on a desktop (undergoing repairing) and to activate it on the laptop. I don't currently have access to the desktop to first deactivate Trados there before activating it on the laptop.

Please try to reset the license from your SDL account as described in this article: https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0038545
If it doesn`t work please open a new thread so we can help.
