Can't launch STUDIO Pro 2019

Hi,

Can open Studio...  I followed the instructions to rename the folder to "..._OLD"... but does NOT allow me to open.

Error message window on Trados Studio stating 'The translation memory data file is corrupt.' with an OK button.
