Upgrading to 2021

Hello,

I'm trying to upgrade to 2021. But after deactivating my 2019 license, I tried to follow your steps as listed below and got stuck at step 3, as there is NO "Upgrades Available banner" on my License screen.  How do I proceed? 

  1. Sign in your SDL Account.
  2. Go to Products & Plans > Licenses.
  3. Click the Upgrades Available banner.
  4. Search for the license you want to upgrade in the list.
  5. Click on Upgrade. You are advised that the license is lost and a new one is issued.
  6. Select Process Upgrade.
  7. Go back to Products & Plans > Licenses to find the new license.
  8. Activate the new license.
