I'm trying to upgrade to 2021. But after deactivating my 2019 license, I tried to follow your steps as listed below and got stuck at step 3, as there is NO "Upgrades Available banner" on my License screen. How do I proceed?
- Sign in your SDL Account.
- Go to Products & Plans > Licenses.
- Click the Upgrades Available banner.
- Search for the license you want to upgrade in the list.
- Click on Upgrade. You are advised that the license is lost and a new one is issued.
- Select Process Upgrade.
- Go back to Products & Plans > Licenses to find the new license.
- Activate the new license.
