Good morning,
On 28 January2021 I purchased an Upgrade from SDL Trados Studio 2017 Freelance Plus to the 2021 version.
When filling out the bank transfer form I forgot to enter the invoice number. Therefore I guess my bank transfer cannot be allocated to the relevant invoice. Due to this the purchase has not been accepted up and I did not receive a license up to know.
What should I do?

Your payment has been allocated to Order 636452, and now you should be able to see the message "You have 1 upgrade available..." in the Licenses section of your SDL account. To process the upgrade and get the license for Studio 2021, please click on this message and follow the instructions.
