My laptop crashed and had to be reinstalled, thus making all my apps deleted including SDL Trados Freelance. How do I recover my apps so that I can reinstall it to the same laptop? Please help. Thank you.

Hello Siti Nur Aini
You can download and install SDL Trados Studio from your SDL account > Products & Plans > Downloads. Once Studio is installed you can activate your license.

Thank you, Sorin. I've done that but it still wont install. I could not activate my license as well.

Yes, I did get the error message and then the installation wizard just closed. I am using Windows 10 and yes, I can access my SDL account. Before my laptop crashed, I used SDL Freelance 2014, a bit old but it worked fine before.
