No access to Concordance after latest update Studio 2019

Since I installed the latest Studio 2019 update yesterday I cannot use Concordance ("There was a problem while searching). I have totally uninstalled and reinstalled Trados (even the files) and had to enter license number again but nothing has changed. I believe others have had this issue. I have tried everything I've found on the web, posted by users and the community, but to no avail and I have a huge translation to do.

    Thanks, I'll do so but I have been working like this previously in Studio 2019 (and before that in every previous version of Studio ) without adding anything else. They told me they have GroupShare 2017.

    However, just to clarify exactly what the problem is because I have just opened the translation again and tried to see exactly what happens I can now report that the Concordance/Matches appears be working because some of the target is populating on the right and giving me percentages. What is absolutely not working is the CONCORDANCE SEARCH. I can send you photos. This means that I am connecting to the TM on the server and total and partial matches are filling the target. What I cannot do is look up anything via Concordance Search.

    The warning on the amber strip under the Concordance section reads "There was a problem while searching. See the messages window for more information.

    The message referred to reads: "an error has occurred when using the translation provider".

    Whether I highlight a common word or a group of words in the source I get the same error messages.
