Hello, I would like to deactivate my SDL Trados 2019 Professional license because I want to move it to a new computer. I get the error message: "Deactivation failed. Revocation is not allowed for an expired license" but the license is not expired. Offline deactivation via my SDL account doesn't work either. How to proceed from here?
