Dear Paul,
My version of Trados Studio is 2019.
I had to replace my hard disk (PC is the same) and I was told to reset the license. I did so, but when I try to create a new project, the message is script error, as you can see below:
The error occurs when I try to load a file into Trados to create a new project.

I think the error is being generated by an old template which is looking for a location that no longer exists.
Try resetting the default template

Restart Studio and then try creating a new project.

In addition to the suggestion from Steve... and in case it doesn't work... try disabling your anti-virus. It could be interfering with the rendering of this view.
