This is most likely because there are two accounts under your name- one that was created today and doesn't hold any licences and therefore you cannot access the app downloads.
Please login using your corporate/employer login details- then you should have no issues as long as you have admin rights on your machine.

Can you please check the log ins you have used on the appstore? There would be needed to use the same logs in as the ones from your SDL account used to purchase the license.
So if you have more than one SDL account please check in which account you have the licenses purchased under and try to log in into the SDLappstore with that email and password.

Hi! Got this sorted and our IT found the correct account. Does the other one (created today) need to be deleted? Also, the IT managed to restore some memory, but it was a backup from the company's IT system. The repair tool did not help. How common is it that a memory is so corrupted that it disappears?
