Where to find and add license details?

Question

My memory got corrupted and is showing 0 byte. I was told to try the repair tool, but when I try to download it I got this:

 You have logged in successfully, however this app is not available for you to download because you don&rsquo;t have a license for one of the supported products (SDL Trados Studio 2014 - SDL Trados Studio 2015 - SDL Trados Studio 2017 - SDL Trados Studio 2019 - SDL Trados Studio 2021) in your account.  Where do I find the license and how do I add it? Is the repair tool the correct thing?

Hello Janika Öhman , 
 This is most likely because there are two accounts under your name- one that was created today and doesn't hold any licences and therefore you cannot access the app downloads. 
 Please login using your corporate/employer login details- then you should have no issues as long as you have admin rights on your machine.

 Can you please check the log ins you have used on the appstore? There would be needed to use the same logs in as the ones from your SDL account used to purchase the license. 
 So if you have more than one SDL account please check in which account you have the licenses purchased under and try to log in into the SDLappstore with that email and password.
