Language cloud sign in

Hi, I purchased a 12 mo. subscription Feb. 9th but cannot seem to activate the language cloud: I get the following error message, although I use just 1 computer for SDL 2021:

I used the Starter 2017 long ago, wondering if this might be a prob.
