Hi all,

I was still working on Trados Studio 2014, I now need to upgrade to Trados Studio 2019 or Trados Studio 2021. Client is telling me they work with Trados Studio 2017.

I am now downloading Trados Studio 2019, but on my SDL account I cannot see any licenses for 2019, only an upgrade to SDL Trados Studio 2014 Freelance Plus. However, I do have the

Level 2 Support and Maintenance Agreement

covering my SDL Trados Studio 2021 Freelance Plus licence (which I cannot find under Licences)

Moreover, I just got this message while installing Trados Studio 2019 on a Macbook, with Windows 7 (I have already installed Trados Studio 2014 on the same machine, do I need to uninstall first maybe?):
