I got my SDL Trados Studio 2019 Freelance License in 29/01/2019 - order: 524253.
Launchign SDL Trados it sends a messagge error like this: your trial has expired. There are not licenses connected to the activation code provided.
If I press on "activate" ask for activation code but didn't recognise it.
I know that the license can't expire, so what's the problem?

Please try to reset your license via your SDL Account-
Once you have reset the license, you should be able to use the activation code to activate Studio.
