The situation here is that you upgraded from Studio 2019 to Studio 2021. An upgrade means that you have effectively exchanged the 2019 license for Studio 2021.

This means the 2019 license has been replaced with a Studio 2021 license.

If you still want to run 2019, then please deactivate Studio 2021- download and install 2019 on the same machine (as you have 2021 installed)  and then reactivate Studio 2021.

Just to be clear- you can only run 2019 on the same machine where 2021 is installed and activated.

I occasionally run into problems (mostly with clients that have older versions of Studio) that require that I open files with previous Studio versions, which is why I like keeping both 2019 and 2021 in the same machine. I may follow your suggestion at some point in the future (after solving my "other" more immediate problems).

If I were to deactivate 2021, download and install 2019 and then reactivate 2021: what license could I use for 2019, as my account doesn't show it?

There is no separate license to activate 2019 anymore.

When you install 2019 and 2021 on the same machine, the Studio 2021 activation, also activates Studio 2019.

Hello everybody. I am experiencing the same problem with my Trados Studio 2019 licence this week: it has simply DISAPPEARED from my SDL account. I have NOT purchased any other licences, so nothing was "replaced" or "upgraded".

I had been using my 2019 licence normally throughout this year. I had to switch computers a few times these last few months, so I had to reinstall Studio 2019 a few times recently, but that was fine as it is SUPPOSED to be: I would always see the licence key on my SDL account. It was actually showing just fine on my account earlier this month.

But NOW, totally out of the blue, my 2019 licence information simply vanished from my account, and I do NEED my licence details back because I have switched my computer once again. 

What should I do? I URGENTLY need my licence back onto my SDL account!! This is ridiculous and very, very frustrating!!
