My Studio 2019 license disappeared from my account

Greetings, all:

After having lost access to Studio 2021 and 2019 on my PC-1 (for reasons not yet understood), I configured a brand new machine (PC-2) while I try solving those problems (hopefully with the help of SDL support personnel :). I installed Studio 2021 in PC-2 without any problems and it's working great. As I was about to install 2019 (I still keep it just in case), I realized that my 2019 license no longer shows in my SDL account. I never deactivated anything and have Freelance PLUS, so I should still have an available license for 2019. When I upgraded to 2021 I was assured that I could still run 2019. Is that indeed true? Right after I upgraded I could still see the 2019 license as well as 2021, but now the 2019 is completely gone.

Any advice/clarification would be GREATLY appreciated.

  • Hello everybody. I am experiencing the same problem with my Trados Studio 2019 licence this week: it has simply DISAPPEARED from my SDL account. I have NOT purchased any other licences, so nothing was "replaced" or "upgraded".

    I had been using my 2019 licence normally throughout this year. I had to switch computers a few times these last few months, so I had to reinstall Studio 2019 a few times recently, but that was fine as it is SUPPOSED to be: I would always see the licence key on my SDL account. It was actually showing just fine on my account earlier this month.

    But NOW, totally out of the blue, my 2019 licence information simply vanished from my account, and I do NEED my licence details back because I have switched my computer once again. 

    What should I do? I URGENTLY need my licence back onto my SDL account!! This is ridiculous and very, very frustrating!!
