Activate my Freelance subscription (no license) on my new computer

Hello,

Last September I purchased a one year Freelance subscription. I've just bought a new computer and from now I would like to use Trados on this computer. I deactivated the subscription on my old computer, logged out, then downloaded Trados on my new computer, successfully logged in and then tried to activate my subscription there... but it doesn't work (it says that my account has reached the maximum amount of registered devices for the subscription). What should I do? Help me please!
