Hello! I have a license for Trados Studio 2019, and when trying to open MultiTerm I keep seeing (after uninstalling several times and changing the name of the file folder) "root element is missing" (in Spanish, in my case, "falta el elemento raíz"). How can I get this solved? Thanks in advance for your help!

Please try to follow the below steps :
1. Download the latest version for Multiterm 2019 from the following link: sdlpatches:5dlpatch35@ftp-emea.sdlproducts.com/.../SDLMultiTermDesktop2019_CU6_56482.zip
2. Run the installer downloaded at step 1.
3. If you receive any error message please try to install Studio 2019 SR2 manually following the steps from this article: https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0029228

First of all, thank you for taking the time to answer my question.
The link from step 1 of your explanation, however, doesn't seem to work. I have tried accessing it directly from your answer, and also copying it into Firefox, Chrome and Edge, but none ot these options worked. Can you help me out here, please?

I have just done what you told me to do, I noticed some different pop-ups and screens while opening Trados, but when I went to MultiTerm DeskTop, and clicked on it, I still received the same message ("root element missing"/"falta el elemento raíz"). I hope this is less upsetting to you than it is to me...
