Please try to follow the below steps :

1. Download the latest version for Studio 2017 from the following link: sdlpatches:5dlpatch35@ftp-emea.sdlproducts.com/.../Studio2017SR1_CU18.zip

2. Run the installer downloaded at step 1.

3. If you receive any error message please try to install Studio 2019 SR2 manually following the steps from this article: https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0031040

Hi Sorin,

I followed your instructions, and I was able to download Studio 2017, but when I opened it, the same message reappeared: "The requested file data could not be located". No way to make Studio work. I lost half a day and have an entire project to deliver. This is really unbelievable. Studio worked properly until yesterday night. What did the hell happen this morning? I think this is not normal. Is there any other suggestion?

But I downloaded MemoQ and that works.
