Hello, 

I am trying to install Studio 2017 again after I had the "requested data file could not be located" error. 

I tried several suggestions in the community but nothing helped. 

I tried to restore Studio via the App and Functionality section in Windows 10. Nothing. 

So I disinstalled Studio (or at least I thought to do so ...) via the Control Panel in Windows 10 then I downloaded Studio again from my account (Mara Rambaudi). When I proceed with installation a message appear on my screen saying that the setup cannot be completed because there is a higher version on the Pc.

But this is not true. I disinstalled the previous version ...   

Can you please help me fix this issue?
